Not a medical service

NervyBro is an AI wellbeing companion. It is not a doctor, therapist or emergency service, and it does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. If you are in danger or thinking about ending your life, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline straight away.

What we store

You can use NervyBro without an account. Your chats, journal, mood check-ins, safety plan and settings are stored only in this browser on this device. We don't ask for your real name, phone number or email.

What leaves your device

When you send a chat message or ask for a journal reflection, the recent conversation is sent to our server and on to an AI provider to generate a reply. We remove emails and phone numbers first where we can, and we use a provider whose terms don't allow your messages to be used for training. Our servers don't store message text; we only log an anonymous safety signal (for example “elevated risk, support shown”) so we can check the safety system is working.

Your control

In Settings you can export everything, delete your chat history, or delete all your data in one tap. You can turn memory on or off and see and delete every remembered item. You can set a PIN to lock the app.

Age

NervyBro is currently for people aged 18 and over.

Fair use

To keep the service available, there is a daily message limit. Exercises, the journal and helplines always work.
